Yes, there is an ending in new Animal Crossing. The credits will roll after about 50 hours of playing the game - and about two weeks after you start the game for the first time. However, two things must be clear. First, how long it will take you to reach the finale depends only on what you will be doing. Jolly Redd will show up on the tiny beach on the back of your Animal Crossing: New Horizons, bringing art with him. Figure out which art pieces are real and which are forgeries in our guide. Blathers will tell you that the museum is complete when you donate the final fossil. I don't think there's any other dialogue after that. You can go into the museum. All about Animal Crossing: New Leaf, including lists, tips, walkthroughs, and guides. In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, there are dozens of Fossils for you to bring to Blathers to assess, though it can be hard to keep track of all the ones you've collected. Unlike bugs and fish which have their own dedicated lists inside the Critterpedia app, a breakdown of all the Fossils you've collected can be a lot harder to find.

On December 24th — that's Christmas Eve for you non-festive folk — Animal Crossing: New Horizonswill unveil its latest event, this time celebrating the act of gift giving with Toy Day.
Part of the Winter Event that began on December 15, Toy Day will officially commence at 6 a.m. local time on December 24 and run until 5 a.m. December 25. When you first boot up Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Isabelle will inform you of a visitor that has arrived on the island. Head to Resident Services and you'll see Jingle, a reindeer wearing a santa outfit.
They'll explain to you that they are on your island to help Santa deliver gifts, but they are missing wrapping paper. Jingle will get the idea for you to craft wrapping paper for them using a DIY recipe.
Jingle needs just three pieces of this special wrapping paper to complete his task.
HOW TO GET ORNAMENTS AND WRAPPING PAPER
To craft one piece of Festive wrapping paper, you'll need one of each of the following ornaments: red, blue and gold. To find these ornaments, players will need to explore their island and shake the cedar trees that are decorated with ornaments. Pretty simple, right?
Of course, if you've been playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons since the Winter update went into effect on December 15 you should have plenty of ornaments lying around to craft the wrapping paper.
If you're feeling discouraged that ornaments aren't dropping at a rate that you'd like, don't fret as they spawn rather quickly in New Horizons. Just be patient and shake those ornaments down.

Once you've crafted three pieces of wrapping paper and given them to Jingle, they will reward you with a pair of Toy Day stockings. Hang them on the wall of your home for decoration.
But the Toy Day fun isn't finished yet. Jingle will also ask you to give some of the residents of your island gifts. You'll be given a magic bag and players will need to talk to each resident of the island. While holding the magic bag, speak to a resident and give them a gift. Jingle will remind you that they will leave at 5 a.m. local time on December 25 so be sure to complete the tasks by then.
The amount of gifts you have to give depends on the number of residents you have, but if you're not sure how many you need to give, you can go into your pocket and select the magic bag and then 'look inside.' This will inform you of whose presents are still in your bag.
Once you've given gifts to all of your residents, return to Jingle and they will give you two rewards. The first is the Gift Pile DIY recipe, which will allow players to craft a pile of presents to decorate your home with, and the Toy Day Sleigh.
The Toy Day Sleigh is a large sleigh that you can leave outside and sit in.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons allows you and up to 7 others on your Nintendo Switch system to live on one shared island. The save data for the island or for the individual residents of the island can be transferred to a new Nintendo Switch system after updating the game software to the latest version. The island save data can also be backed up in case you lose access to your Nintendo Switch system and can be restored on a replacement system.

There are three ways to transfer Animal Crossing: New Horizons save data to a new Nintendo Switch system. Please read about each option to determine which feature you would like to use:
Entire Island TransferAnimal Crossing How To Jump
Use this feature if you wish to transfer the entire island and all residents to a new Nintendo Switch system. The island, all progress and customizations, your animal neighbors, the island resident representative, and any other residents that have been created on the island will be transferred.
This feature is helpful if you are replacing your Nintendo Switch system with a new one and all players who have played Animal Crossing: New Horizons will be using the new Nintendo Switch system. It is also the only way to transfer your island resident representative when you have not backed up your island.
You must have access to both the original system and the new system to use this feature.
Resident Move (Single Player Transfer)Use this feature if you wish to transfer just one resident to a new Nintendo Switch system. The resident, the resident's home, and most items held by the resident and kept in storage will be transferred to an island on the new Nintendo Switch system. The island resident representative cannot be transferred.
How To Complete Animal Crossing New Leaf
This feature is helpful when just one player wants to continue playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons on a new Nintendo Switch or when multiple residents other than the island resident representative will be using the new Nintendo Switch. The transferred player(s) will move to a new island with new animals, so any island progress and animal neighbors will remain on the original Nintendo Switch system.
You must have access to both the original system and the new system to use this feature.
Island Backup and RestoreHow To Complete May Day Maze On Animal.crossing
Use the island backup feature to ensure your island save data can be recovered in a situation where you lose access to your Nintendo Switch system. If you have enabled island backup, you will be able to restore the last saved version of your island and all residents on a replacement Nintendo Switch system.

You must have already enabled island backup on the original system to use this feature, but you can restore the island save data using only the new system.
